You will need to set up a new password before you can log on. To do this, you will need to make sure you access this site via HR Direct. Once you've set up your new password, you will then be able to access My Benefits internally without a password, or at home via www.mychoice.staff.hsbc.co.uk
with your User ID (which is your employee ID) and new password.
